When burgers have been one of the reasons customers walk through your door for over 50 years, you learn how to match flavors and people, and you’d often be able to take the order with just a careful look at your guest.
Of course we’re exaggerating, but we had fun putting together a list of 8 personalities, each paired with the perfect burger!

1. 1. The romantic (but hungry). Sweet soul, but determined. Like our New Orleans Burger, with Cajun sauce, based on the famous spice mix widely used in U.S. cuisine. Cheese, lettuce and tomato complete the picture.
   2. The elegant one. Hungry, but doesn’t want to make a mess. So they order a Classic Hot Dog. But they didn’t factor in Red Garter portions. Watch out — the mayo is dripping!
   3. The thrifty one. Just fries.
   4. The chilled one. Why take risks when I can order a Classic Cheeseburger? Pickles are, after all, one of life’s few certainties.
   5. The intruder. You can spot them by the look that says “there won’t be anything for vegetarians”. Wrong, friend. We have our Veg Burgers and they’re actually pretty good.
   6. The eccentric one. You come to eat at a steak house and what do you order? Fish! Luckily we’ve got you covered too with the Salmon Burger!
   7. The radical chic. Never missing, and naturally wants to eat things never seen or heard on planet Earth. It’s for them (and for all other refined palates) that we created the President Burger: Tuscan beef burger, red radicchio, bacon, tomato, parmesan shavings, pesto mousse (take that!)
   8. The friendly show-off (or the group of friends). For them there’s only one choice and it’s called Burger Tower. A full 1 kg of beef to scale with bare hands. Good luck.
